A Living Room Beginning
What started as a small prayer group of 12 faithful souls in Pastor David’s living room became the seed of something extraordinary.
2011
Our First Chapel
With a growing congregation of 80 members, we moved into our first permanent space on Elm Street, holding our inaugural Easter service.
2015
Community Impact
We launched our first community outreach program, feeding over 500 families during the holiday season and establishing our presence as a community pillar.

A Divine Revelation
Christ Apostolic Church WOSEM was established through a divine revelation given to Prophet Timothy Oluwole Obadare by the Holy Spirit after seven days of fasting and prayers in Offa, Kwara State, Nigeria.
Aug 1974
Official Launch in Akure
The ministry officially launched on August 1, 1974, in Akure, Ondo State, marking the beginning of a global soul-winning movement.
1985
WOSEM Bible Institute
The WOSEM Bible Institute was established, equipping ministers and members with sound doctrine. For over 15 years, the ministry has also published its own Sunday school book, "The Way."

Apostle Dr. Timothy Oluwole Obadare

Apostle Dr. T.O. Obadare was a world-renowned evangelist, prophet, and the General Evangelist of Christ Apostolic Church worldwide. He travelled globally conducting powerful mass crusades, public rallies, and media outreaches with a profound passion for soul winning. Known as a divine microphone of the Lord, his ministry was accompanied by immense apostolic power — miracles, signs, and wonders till he went to be with the Lord in 2013.

Dr. Paul Obadare is the General Overseer of WOSEM Ministry Worldwide and the President of the WOSEM Bible School in Maryland, USA. As the first son of the ministry’s legendary founder, Apostle Dr. T.O. Obadare, he carries forward a rich legacy of global soul-winning. He specializes deeply in World Religion, Theology, and Counseling, and holds Doctorate degrees in both Theology and Counseling. He firmly believes in the precise, practical, and intelligible application of biblical doctrines to transform everyday lives.

Justification and sanctification of the believers through the finished work of Christ (Rom. 5:1; 1 Cor. 1:30).
